The Conowingo Hydroelectric Plant (also know as Conowingo Dam), one of the largest nonfederal dams in the US, spans through Cecil and Harford counties, Stroll along the wooded trail at Elk Neck State Park to reach Turkey Point Lighthouse. See the 18th century plantation house for the Sinking Springs Herb Farm. For kids and adults there is the Plumpton Park Zoo with more than 250 animals.
