The Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife Office of Boating Education
provides education on boating in Delaware. If you want to operate a boat or personal watercraft
it is mandatory that people complete a boating safety course for those born after 1/1/78.
Once you complete and pass an approved boater education course you can obtain a Delaware Boater Education Card
(Delaware boating license).
Go boating on the Delaware Bay or the Atlantic Ocean or kayak or canoe down the many rivers and creeks.
Fish in the Delaware Bay, the Indian River Inlet or the Delaware River. The
Division of Fish and Wildlife has fishing reports for you.
